Beatriz Luengo wins most extravagant red carpet look at Premio Lo Nuestro based on votes from Univision.com.
The dress, made completely out of the Wallstreet Journal, was a custom creation by Beatriz and Lala Cuevas.
In Beatriz’s words:
“Vestido hecho con noticias sobre economía. Hemos querido plasmar la actualidad vivida 2012 donde todas las noticias hablan sobre eso. Aquí os presento mi vestido reciclado de "actualidad llevada al arte" con un corte años 50 realizado por Lala @RevampRelove tras 2 meses de trabajo...
